Hey everyone! I’m Harry Clark, one of the Secretaries-General organizing PEAMUN XVI, and I can’t wait to meet all of you. I’m from Nairobi, Kenya, and have also lived in Melbourne, Australia, and Hong Kong. I participated in PEAMUN as a delegate during my freshman year, helped staff during my sophomore year, and chaired my own committee last year. Whether you are a seasoned delegate, or this is your first conference, PEAMUN has the staff and committees to help you hone the skills of diplomacy, negotiation, and public speaking. Hey there! I'm Tanay Nandan, a senior from Short Hills, New Jersey, and I'll be one of your three secretaries-general this year. I became interested in MUN in eighth grade after my first debate tournament (boring!), and I quickly found myself competing in my first collegiate conferences, staffing my first PEAMUN, and I'm now extremely excited to be organizing PEAMUN XVI. Apart from MUN, at Exeter I've enjoyed writing poetry, practicing economics, and rowing on the Squamscott. Hello everyone, my name is Steven Chen and I'm one of the three Secretaries-General who will be running PEAMUN XVI! I call New Jersey home, and I've been participating in Model UN since I was a 7th grader in middle school. Outside of MUN, I really enjoy playing tennis and practicing the cello. Being a chair at last year's PEAMUN made me fall in love with Exeter's annual flagship conference, and Harry, Tanay, and I are working hard to ensure that this year will be the best PEAMUN has ever been. Hi! My name is Davido Zhang (he/him). I am a junior in Phillips Exeter, coming all the way from Shenzhen, China. I did debate in middle school and switched to MUN in PEA. I’ve been to several college MUN conferences, which is unimportant since I am one of your Under Secretary-Generals instead of a chair. I enjoy programming and I have worked on the PEAMUN website for the past two years. On campus, I am a cello player in the orchestra and a play on the squash team. I also run the Computing Club and the Chinese Student Organization.

Hey guys! I'm Mazin Sihweil, a Junior at Exeter from Connecticut. I switched to Exeter last year out of my local high school, and I've been doing Model UN since 6th grade. This year, I'll be working on our website with Davido. PEAMUN last year was an amazing experience for me, and it provided me with a running start to my model UN career at Exeter, so I am hoping to provide a similar experience for all of you. At school, I play tennis and piano, and I'm involved in several business-related clubs. I hope to meet as many of you as possible during the conference!
